ABOUT OUR INDOOR DECALS
We recommend this decal for indoor use only. If you are using your decal for surfaces outdoors, please let us know prior to ordering this product.
- All decals are sent with transfer tape already attached for easy application (We do not install decals at this time).
- Please keep in mind, when you place your order, you will want to install your graphics within 2 weeks of delivery.
- This decal is made from high-quality vinyl. It is removable but not reusable - please keep that in mind when placing the decal.
CHECKING OUT
Check your size! - By using the drop-down menus, the size of your decal will be listed by Width (left to right) x Length (top to bottom). Keep in mind when it comes to customizing the text on some listings, the design layout will adjust accordingly to fit within the size selected. If you ordered a personalized design, a proof will be sent to you (1 revision included). If you are interested in another size that is not listed, please contact us and we will create a customized invoice for you. *Large designs may come in a few pieces but will be equipped with guides for easy DIY install.
FOR PERSONALIZED ORDERS
- Type out your text/quote in the personalization box designated for your order. Please note this order does not include logo creation, text customization or any customization used for branding purposes. If you have a logo we will require that you send it to us in vector format. Acceptable file types include (.ai, .pdf, .eps and .svg). If you don't have any of these file types a design set up fee of $37.50 will be necessary to complete the artwork.
- If you have a design in mind, please feel free to let us know, We would love to work with you on your custom order and give you a quote on the price.
SHIPPING
Turnaround time is 3-5 Business days from the date of approval. All shipping orders come with tracking information that will be emailed to you once your order is approved and ready to ship. Each order will come with transfer tape attached and instructions to install. Large business decals will come wrapped around a tube to ensure that they are safe from damage during transit and come with $100 shipping insurance.

- Please keep in mind that the design is determined by the size selected.
- Due to the nature of decals, returns are not accepted. Prim & Proper Ink is not responsible for an error in the application.
- Due to size, your decal may be in pieces to help in shipping and applying once you get it.
- To ensure an easier installation time, please install your graphics within 2 weeks of delivery.
- If you ordered a business decal, please keep an eye out for your proof of the design in case anything needs to be revised.
- Check with your business owner to make sure if there is a preference on the placement of vinyl designs (inside vs. outside of the glass)
DISCLAIMER
- We are not responsible nor will we refund any decals that are damaged during the application. Failure to properly clean and dry a surface prior to application can cause adhesion issues, as well as application error. While vinyl decals can be removed from most surfaces, it is possible they may damage certain surfaces. Use it at your own risk.
- Colors may vary according to monitor and screen settings.
- Some orders require information like text, colors, and placement. If these items are not included in your notes at checkout, this could delay your order, so please include them at checkout.
